At Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new read. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Books

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the books, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
